A Paperclip client is looking to hire a high-level administrator/personal assistant. Responsibilities include the management of calls and emails, acting as an intermediary/staff supervisor, client follow-up, bookkeeping and accounting and other admin related duties.
The potential candidate should be versatile and capable of good written and oral communication, flexible, self-directed and experienced. Competence and working knowledge of Quickbooks will also be an asset. Must be able to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
